This, and other criminal activities, was arranged by a high level british government official. In 1987 the police (brtish) confirmed they had the forged documents. A prosecution should of course start. But no, a prosecution was not started and the british government imposed censorship on the situation (giving no explanation). The end of the censorship appears to be imminent. When it ends the british government will have to explain it's 1987 decision to block a prosecution and censor the affair.
