Elizabeth grew up in the Central Valley in California. Her childhood was surrounded by many animals. She and her three siblings were always busy conjuring up games and fun. The foundation of Elizabeth's writing abilities can be found in a 20+ year, award-winning career as a language, reading, and writing teacher. Elizabeth has a passion for helping children learn as well as helping teachers teach effectively. Currently, Elizabeth spends most of her time with four-year-old grandson, Beckham Grey. Beckham's imagination and funny scenarios, while playing with Elizabeth, motivated her to pen his adventures and then begin writing activity books that pair with each children's book in the series of The Adventures of Beckham Grey.
