Dr. Ingrad Smith is Associate Dean of the College of Education and Human Development and Associate Professor of Educational Leadership at Jackson State University. She has served as an Assistant Professor at Mississippi State University, and the Director of Partners in Progress at Florida International University in Miami, Florida. She has been an assistant superintendent, a principal, and assistant principal. Dr. Smith co-authored The Teaching Game: A Psychological Approach to Understanding Student Behavior and Poor School Performance and its accompanying study guide.
