Autorenporträt
Playwright and musician Judy Sleed was born in Budapest, Hungary. As a Holocaust child during wartime, Ms. Sleed used those difficult experiences as a means to create a wonderful tale for children. Being the sole survivor, she had a message to share; one of hope and peace, not conflict and strife. So she created Colorland, a place where folks from all generations can go to feel good! She is also active in raising money for cancer research, losing her daughter Jill to the disease. Her other children Jodie and Jeff have provided her with a flock of grandchildren and great-grandchildren! She continues to write plays, novels, and music in her spare time.
