E.C. PUTNAM was born in Atlanta, Georgia in 1949 and graduated from college after spending two years on active duty in the U.S. Navy. He's worked for the same company for the past forty-five years and resides in Marietta, Georgia, with his wife of forty-five years. His daughter and son, and their families live nearby. He coached youth league baseball for three years at Shaw Park in Marietta and has been a member of Holy Family Church since 1977.
