No more fuel is required. Dear reader, so far you have made it to volume 2 of this two-volume publication. Congratulations! This volume, however, does not include the evolution of these ideas and discoveries beyond their rationale of analytical concept in mathematics and design drafting using CAD software. Funding of this or these project(s) is estimated to cost at least as much to have a machine shop and make the parts for the least expensive of the concepts as it would cost to purchase all the machine tools necessary to make the concept myself. I hope you find the remainder of this publication interesting and enjoyable. Thanks for reading it or just looking at the pictures and for studying it if you choose to do so.

Autorenporträt
Richard Chastain has two associate degrees: mechanical engineering technology, and applied welding technology. He has five Correspondence School Diplomas: Wildlife and Forestry Conservation, Conservation and Environmental Science, Managing My own Business, Motorcycle and ATV Repair, and Small Engine Repair. For the past 30 years the subject of this endeavor has been under scrutiny. After 30 years the complete assessment of Human Powered Flight is determined. The end result may not occur until 25 years after the author has passed because to date there is no interest in human powered flight information coming the author.
