"A great read for any age: part Creation story, part cautionary tale about the attention we pay to differences that don't really make us different." This is how Lennart Lundh, an author and historian describes The First Book Ever. This illustrated book is simplistic in its treatment of a philosophical concept that, all is one and one is all. Here you'll find a humorous weave of existential thought from cultures around the world in search of the Great Truth.

Autorenporträt
Ira Rogers was born in 1938. He was best known as singer, songwriter, playwright and actor. In his 20's he was one half of the socially conscious folk duo Inman & Ira and released 2 albums through Columbia-Mercury Records during the radically transformative period of the early 1960s. As a playwright he released the surrealistic drama "Tetragrammanon Is" to rave reviews in Los Angeles in 1972. His book The First Book Ever was selected for inclusion in a sacred library of Eastern philosophy as an excellent instrument to teach timeless truths affirmed by Vedic philosophy. The themes of truth, unconditional love, the seeker's quest for answers are pervasive in all his works. Ira made his "stage exit from the Earth plane" as only he would put it in 2013.
