Thus, this book presents findings of a study that studied the impacts of the fish export trade on food security among fishing communities of Masese and Wanyange in Jinja district Uganda. Focus was mainly given to impact on accessing favorite fish species, consumption quantity, quality and frequency, fish size and price. Substitute sauces in the event of fish being unavailable were established including problems encountered in accessing fish and respondent perception on fish exports.
