Baxter Castro Coffee is highly sought after for seminars, workshops and speaking engagements throughout the country. His rapid-fire delivery and dynamic teaching style, has taught his seminar participants how to establish a clear sense of purpose, direction and meaning on their path to Peace & Fulfillment. Baxter holds an MFA and is an ordained minister. He is a professional artist and motivational speaker, as well as a self-employed business consultant. He has taught seminars around the country for private and public companies, as well as faith-based organizations that serve at-risk populations. He teaches a conceptual thinking course in Corporate America and is the author of The Spiritual Dynamics of Recovery, and The Teachings of Jesus. His critically-acclaimed, 5-Step Living Skills program has been taught through churches, drug and alcohol treatment centers, homeless shelters, and through his prison ministry. In addition, his seminars have served as part of the course curriculum for the Faith Based Counselor Training Institute. Baxter is a former tenured professor, and the recipient of a Community Builders Fellowship from Harvard University and HUD. He is the currently the President of the Flash Point Production Company and the Flash Point Institute. He is the past president of Worldwide Franchise Consultants, MegAmerica Mortgage, and New World Learning Centers. His private consulting firm, The Flash Point Production Co. specializes in new business startups and turnaround projects. He is from Sweetwater, TX and currently lives in San Antonio, TX with his wife, Vivian
