Allan Hussey, known as "The Food-Dee" on YouTube and Instagram, is a seasoned chef and accomplished food photographer from the East Coast of Canada. He graduated top of his class from culinary school and has nearly two decades of diverse experience in the food industry across Canada, from managing pizza stations to crafting truffle-infused risottos. Allan's culinary journey has also led him to specialize in Greek and Mediterranean cuisines, working passionately in this area for over a decade. His expertise earned him a silver medal in Canada's Next Great Chef. Allan combines his culinary skills with his passion for food photography, capturing the vibrant essence of each dish he prepares. Through his social media platforms, he educates and inspires food enthusiasts around the world, sharing not only his creations, but also his deep love for the culinary arts.Shannon Hussey is most certainly not a chef, but she can claim "writer" in her repertoire of various skills. She has even gone to school, not once, but twice for writing degrees, for variety. On occasion, she is known to crack a joke, hike a mountain, grow some food, and research, in excess. In true writer fashion, Shannon doesn't like writing about herself, especially in the third person and so in this instance, and only this instance, Shannon will be brief.
