A study of the organizational climate in the Centro Universitario Municipal Amancio is carried out and a set of inadequacies are detected, mainly related to: inadequate working conditions, unsatisfactory interpersonal relationships and existence of conflicts, ineffective communication and non-fulfillment of tasks and work functions. Based on these deficiencies, an action plan is designed to improve the organizational climate, which provides a number of benefits to the organization, such as: it contributes to optimize individual performance, enhances the results of the organization and is an effective tool for organizational decision making. The relevance of the designed action plan is assessed through group work and the criteria of the specialist, which makes it possible to confirm its validity to help solve the shortcomings detected in the work environment, promote better institutional functioning and greater efficiency in meeting organizational objectives.
