Dawn is an executive coach and keynote speaker who conducts Think Tanks and workshops for leaders, entrepreneurs, corporations, businesses and professionals. She also coaches and develops exciting live events for those who want to become the very best version of themselves. Dawn loves teaching people the secret to a Rich Life. She teaches this formula in her workshops, live events and webinars. Dawn is a certified and founding member of the John Maxwell Team. She has shared the stage with leadership ex- pert John Maxwell and motivational speaker Nick Vujicic. Dawn was a national trainer and advisory board member for several years for a direct sales company where she taught thousands of people leadership principles, such as how to become better communicators and how to harness their full potential. She became a Regional Vice President in another international direct sales company in under oneyear, setting a record for that company. In that time, Dawn gained insight and experience on the importance of team- building as she built world-wide teams. Dawn graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Florida and attended law school at Chicago-Kent College of Law. She clerked for the Honorable Blanche M. Manning of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Dawn is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Florida. Dawn practiced commercial litigation at an international law firm in their Chicago and Miami offices for nine years. In her practice of law, Dawn received an award for Out- standing Achievement and Commitment to Pro Bono Service in the Community. Her most fulfilling moment as a lawyer was winning asylum for an Albanian woman who was sex-trafficked from Albania to Italy where she was raped, beaten and starved before escaping to Chicago. The case established Dawn's belief in servant leadership. Dawn is married to her high school sweetheart, Brian. They live in Palm City, Florida, with their four children.
