This book aims at formulating a cost forecasting model for a selected major expense heads of the telecommunications industry and improvising the existing models in the selected others. The author is inspired in such a research realizing that most of the companies in the telecommunications industry use the same expense forecasting model for all types of expense in general. Even the used model is not improvised over time to capture significant macro-economic, industry specific and company specific factors. Therefore, this book paves the way for using different models for different expense heads and improvising the models in the long run to reflect specific adjustments.
