After being involved in mass miracle crusades in India since 1979, Howard saw on subsequent visits the shortage of follow through foundational teaching to establish the believers and went about providing training to Indian leaders, over the years of continually preaching in crusades and training leaders he also came to understand that this problem is widespread throughout the world, a lack of sufficiently strong follow through to establish new converts as disciples. It was during his own pastoring and attempting to rectify this problem that he realised there was a great a shortage of material on the open market that adequately dealt with this from an evangelical/ pentecostal position of strength, and so set about writing the material to use in his own church. This material has been used for many years in establishing new Christians and has been increased and refined over the years to provide this powerful yet succinct book you have today.

Passionately wanting see you come to personally know Christ and live the overcoming life, Howard's aim is to lift you from where you are in your experience to where God says you are in His Word. He wants you to be empowered to make a difference in your world. He takes teams to minister in power packed evangelistic and leadership events across 26 nations encompassing every continent. Rev. Dr. Howard Sands, is Founder/International Director of Beautiful Feet Task Force (BFTF). They specialise in showing ministers how to transform their churches to radically change their communities into places where people want to live and positively influence their world. Their philosophy is simple, they believe the church members should be seen as the church in the community. What makes them unique is that they show leaders how to build maturity in the church, unity between churches and create confidence in their members to influence their world. With his wife Joy, the delight of his life, they are often found enjoying the Australian beach or bush when refreshing from the demands of itinerant ministry. It was the challenges of pioneering/pastoring Australian churches in Canberra and Sydney that led Howard to take his passion for developing people into overcomers, into publicly available material to impact more people for change. Howard has also been privileged to be part of planting around 20 churches through crusade evangelism in India. He has degrees in Business Management/ Marketing, Ministry and a Doctor of Divinity. Since 1996 Howard and Joy have enjoyed living at the foot of Sydney's Blue Mountains with their now adult, two married children, and love doting on their grandchildren.
