Philippe Hamman is a Full Professor of sociology at the Institute for Urbanism and Regional Development and Vice-Dean for research of the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Strasbourg, France. His main research fields deal with urban sociology, sociology of the environment and sustainability research. Nadine Roudil is a Full Professor of sociology at the National School of Architecture of Paris Val de Seine in France. She studies the relationship of residents to established norms in metropolitan urban areas.
