Autorenporträt
Dr Eddie Blass completed her Doctorate in Education at Durham University while lecturing in HRM at the University of Derby. Her thesis was ¿The Future University¿ and she has since continued to research within this field in her role as Reader in Leadership Development at the University of Hertfordshire, School of Education.
