Il professor Frederico Torres de Moura è nato a Sobradinho-DF, ma vive a Formosa-GO. Ha conseguito un Master in Matematica presso l'Università Federale di Tocantins (UFT), programma PROFMAT, e una laurea in Matematica presso l'Università Statale di Goiás (UEG). Insegna in classi di scuola superiore.
