However, some of the sports still played and preferred in rural Tripura apart from Sukoi Thwnmwng are; (a) Chur thwngmwng; (b) Toko thwngmwng; (c) Hoijaklaiya thwngmwng (d) Mefuk Sagwnang; (e) Lwokchok thwnmwng; (f) Tokla tanlaimwng; (g) Fan Sohlaimwng etc. Furthermore, this book is written bilingually i.e., in Kokborok (a local language) and English, to make the readers not only comfortable in comprehending the game easily but also learning Kokborok. And it is further provided with pictorial presentation along with description of the steps. Most importantly, as a matter of fact that it is unknown until today, when and how the game has originated, and its physical impact. Therefore, a further research is encouraged on its physical impact, medicinal and religious application and tracing a close link to invention of wheel.

Mr. Deb Dulal Tripura has obtained his Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering in 2003 and Master Degree in 2011 from National Institute of Technology Agartala, India. Since 2006 he has been working as Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering Department in the same institute.He is the author of several article published in reputed journals.
