Bud Brinkley has been gardening for over 50 years in his home state of Texas. In that time he has perfected his techniques and shares his knowledge. Growing up in a rural setting has allowed him to soak in the rich cultural environment and the sometimes humorous anecdotes that living in the country provides. He has a wit and wisdom of all things gardening and he loves to tell a story to his readers. Since his retirement in 2017, Bud has embarked upon his lifelong dream to live simply, write often, and enjoy life.
