Autorenporträt
Lyall Drewett was born in Bristol, England into a devout Christian family. He regularly worshipped at an Evangelical church and in 1958 had the opportunity to study the Scriptures at Emmaus Bible School in America. After two years' study, Lyall returned home and spent several years representing two major companies in the business world. In the 1980s, he became a lay preacher. As a pianist, he made several tapes and discs which were distributed far and wide. Lyall lives in Thornbury, South Gloucestershire and is married to Eleanor with whom he has had three children. Lyall worshipped at Thornbury Baptist Church for almost 27 years and more recently at Old Down Chapel in the village of Old Down, Gloucestershire.
