Evita Giron is an author, blogger, interfaith spiritual counselor and nonprofit administrator. Her love of writing began while she was in the 6th grade while attending junior high school. While attending a children's book author panel event at Barnes and Noble in 2014, she began her journey to becoming an author. Her books celebrate diversity, self-love and traditional religious customs as it pertains to her Jewish identity and upbringing. Evita has been featured in Storytime with Fergie and Friends, Bold Journey, Canvas Rebel, Girl Talk HQ and BronxNet TV. In her leisure time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, visiting museums, traveling, listening to music, reading, meditating, and going on nature walks. Born in Philadelphia, PA, Evita now lives in Princeton, NJ with her husband, daughter and tuxedo cat, Mordecai (affectionately called Mordy).
