Binneh s Minteh es un ex teniente primero de las Fuerzas Armadas de Gambia. Asistió a la Escuela de Mando de las Fuerzas Terrestres de Turquía, en Estambul, y a la Escuela de Oficiales de la Gendarmería Turca, en Ankara. Binneh es licenciado en MIS y tiene un máster en Asuntos Globales por la Universidad de Nueva York. Actualmente es candidato a doctor en Asuntos Globales en la Universidad de Rutgers, Nueva Jersey.
