Roman Grynberg is Professor of Economics at the University of Namibia. He was Head of Trade Policy at the Commonwealth Secretariat. He has published books on Commodity Prices and the World Trade Organisation (WTO), and Small States. Letsema Mbayi is a research fellow at the Botswana Institute for Development Policy Analysis. Her doctoral research investigated diamond beneficiation policy in a producer country.
