SOUMITRA DUTTA is the Roland Berger Professor of Business and Technology and Dean for Executive Education at INSEAD. His research and consulting have focused on the interrelationships among innovation, technology, and organizational design. He has also conducted research into national ICT strategies and global ICT benchmarking in collaboration with the World Economic Forum. A fellow of the World Economic Forum, he has won several awards for research and pedagogy. His research has been showcased in prominent international media and he has taught in and consulted with leading international corporations. IRENE MIA is a Senior Economist with the Global Competitiveness Programme at the World Economic Forum. Her responsibilities include researching competitiveness issues and developing the economic content for World Economic Forum activities. She is also in charge of the technical coordination of the Global Information Technology Report.
