Jane McCarthy is a brand strategist with over a decade of experience in advertising. She has collaborated with both global and local brands in a variety of categories, from energy to confections. Her emphasis is on leveraging archetypes to unlock a brand’s true essence and power. She graduated from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland with an MA in International Relations & Business.   Kate McAndrew is a venture capitalist with a passion for investing in women-led startups. She is the Co-Founder and General Partner at Baukunst, a $100M VC fund investing in startups at the frontiers of technology and design. Since 2012, Kate has invested in over 70 companies at the concept stage, helping founding teams build their brands, and their businesses, from scratch. She graduated from McGill University in Montreal with a degree in Cultural Studies/Critical Theory and Analysis.   Jane McCarthy and Kate McAndrew are sisters who share a deep commitment to elevating women and the archetypal feminine in business. In 2024, they launched the Goddess Office to further this mission.
