Autorenporträt
A. Jay Collins is an engineer by profession and has spent the last forty years of his career in the mining industry at all levels, including as director of several companies. He has spent years writing studies, reports, and manuals. Now he has turned to fiction, using his mining experience, interest in gold, mining, and the financial world, and his extensive international travel to bring the adventures of ORB to life. Look for the previous books in the ORB series: The Golden Handcuffs, Nazi Gold: Latitude 55, and Black Gold. Now retired, Collins enjoys writing, playing guitar, going for walks, and sailing when he can. He lives just outside Vancouver, B.C., with his wife, Judy, and their Sheepadoodle, Lily.
