Victoria Y. Buggs is a retired Army two time combat Veteran. She is a qualified Registered Nurse who served 20 years in the military as Human Resource Manager. She also boasts a number of academic degrees including a Masters of Public Health, Bachelors of Nursing, Bachelors of Science and Health Educator and is also a certified Case Manager (CM) and Delegating Nurse (DN). Additionally, she holds a certificate in Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma Green Belt. Not your typical nursing story. In 2015, Victoria launched Center for Health Educators and Safety Specialists, LLC. Center for Health Educators and Safety Specialists, LLC, currently provides CPR services and safety training to healthcare professionals and laypersons. She has been married for 20 years, and has 3 beautiful children. She loves to spend quality time with family and friends. Shopping and reading is her all time favorite past time.
