Autorenporträt
Charles Kingsley Barrett (4 May 1917 - 26 August 2011) was a distinguished biblical scholar. He served as Professor of Divinity at the University of Durham and wrote commentaries on the Acts of the Apostles, John, Romans, 1 Corinthians and 2 Corinthians. Fred Barrett (28 October 1880 -- 25 December 1957) was a well-known United Methodist minister and evangelist, serving in many parts of England. Ben Witherington III (PhD, University of Durham) is Amos Professor of New Testament for Doctoral Studies at Asbury Theological Seminary and doctoral faculty at St. Andrews University. He is the author of numerous books, including New Testament Rhetoric (Cascade, 2009), The Art West Adventure series of novels (Pickwick, 2008-2015), and several socio-rhetorical commentaries.
