DJIMLEM Augustin Ngaramadji nasceu a 09/09/1976 em Dono-Manga. É Mestre em Ciências Políticas, Mestre em Ciências e Técnicas da Informação e da Comunicação e Bacharel em História obtido respectivamente em 2020, 2006 e 2001 na Universidade de N'Gaoundéré nos Camarões e em N'Djamena.
