Yousef is the Founder of GradShip, an organisation that specialises in enhancing graduates' employability in Australia. Since founding GradShip in early 2020, Yousef has utilised his personal and professional experience to deliver hundreds of consultations, webinars and workshops to graduates and students alike. Earlier in his career, Yousef pursued a Business Management degree that led him to work for Deloitte and EY Australia. Throughout his degree, Yousef used his time to assist and engage with students in the capacity of O-Host leader and mentor. He was also Swinburne's Abroad Ambassador upon his return from studying abroad on two occasions. Due to his on-campus and subsequent professional involvement, Yousef was named a Swinburne Emerging Leader and featured in the Top 50 Australian Professionals Magazine.
