Jessica Schneider has been a book lover and a poet she was very young. She wrote her first real poem,"Katrina Holds the Golden Key," at the age of 8, and it is framed and proudly displayed in her mother's home. After having her own children and reading the same books over and over to them, she decided to write her own story.
