Autorenporträt
Sybil Kapoor is a food writer and the recipient of two prestigious Glenfiddich Awards, and two Michael Smith Awards from the Guild of Food Writers. She was shortlisted for the Food Writer of the Year at the Fortnum & Mason Food and Drink Awards 2013. Her career began as a chef in London and New York. She is the author of London: Authentic Recipes Celebrating the Foods of the World, National Trust Simply Baking, and Taste: A New Way to Cook.
