Autorenporträt
Aurélien Ducoudray was born in 1973 in Chateauroux, France. With a baccalaureate in economics and a failed degree in English, he took a turn at journalism as a press photographer, journalist, editor, television reporter, and documentarian. He wrote his first comic, Championze, in 2010 with Eddy Vaccaro, which started a career that has produced over 40 books. Guillaume Singelin is the at the forefront of a new wave of cartoonists making a mark on the industry. After two years in graphic design school at EPSAA, he was noticed by RUN of label 619, who offered him a place on the preproduction team for the feature film Mutafukaz. Already recognized for his skills as a cartoonist, Guillaume has also become a master in the art of narration, a field where his graphic ease enhances the originality of his layouts. A field where the influence of cinema is omnipresent, his narration being similar to the storyboards normally intended for the seventh art. It is therefore no coincidence that his style gives pride of place to the movement and liveliness of the characters. He has won numerous awards for his most recent work on Frontier.
