1. 47. 58, 500. The deadliest mass shooting in modern American history - the Las Vegas Attack. 1 person owned 47 firearms, killed 58 and injured nearly 500 people before taking his own life. Were there any differences in the way two of the most popular newspapers in the USA and Germany, respectively, described this horrific situation? What were the differences between the Sueddeutsche Zeitung and the New York Time? In my paper, statistics and quatitative analysis are combined in order to find the answer to these questions.
