In 2002 the Rede de Apoio ao Desenvolvimento Jardim Felicidade (RADJF) was created and implemented in the Jardim Felicidade neighborhood, whose objective was to carry out actions capable of assisting in the development and meeting the needs of the neighborhood, which emerged in 1987, located in the northern region of Belo Horizonte (MG). The neighborhood has a population of over eighteen thousand inhabitants and much of this population has a deficit in employment and income, basic sanitation and infrastructure.
