Autorenporträt
Jacqueline Leyva-Hill aka aka "Jacqi Hill", is a native of San Antonio, Texas and was awarded the Ms. Photogenic at the 1998 Miss Latina USA. She became the wife of Albert Hill in 2005 and became the mother to one son, J.R. Hill in 2008. She is the winner of the Mrs. Petite United America 2013 title and loves being a wife and mom. She has an undergraduate degree in Health and a graduate degree in Exercise Science since 1995 and she is a patented inventor. Jacqi has written health and fitness articles for several magazines including "Enjoy Whole Health," and "Street Talk" in San Antonio, Texas. She currently works as a Health and Wellness Coach and is currently a Life and Health insurance agent in the financial industry. Jacqi started to explore her spirituality in Los Angeles, CA when she lived there for 8 years, during which time she got married and had her son. She enlisted in the Universal Church as a pastor as far back as the early 2000's when she first arrived on Venice Beach, CA. The insights shared in this book have all come from her own prayerful life and the work that she has done volunteering with a local foster child organization. After seeing first-hand how girls who are not prepared to have babies usually ended up abusing and abandoning them, Jacqi chose to write this book to help future families of America and around the world. Jacqi manages a few social media pages on Facebook including the Wise Moms and Glammas of SA page and her Health, Wealth, Love, and Beauty page. Her business page, Jacqi's Nu Fitness, showcases her current work and her YouTube channel, Jacqi Hill, has just been started up since the quarantine. Jacqi also worked with women of all ages for over 25 years as a personal trainer, fitness instructor and massage therapist.
