A first-time mother Daria Hsu writes poems about her childhood trauma as well as her family's war and Communism trauma in a desperate attempt to make sense of her mental hauntings that become particularly vicious after giving birth to her son Zen. Yet embarking on this journey is the only way to make her life worth living again.
