Produktbeschreibung
The denomination of the hermetic principle in
strategy development is derived from the ancient
hermetic philosophers who believed that everything
that was created is based on the same intrinsic
principles, just applied to different levels of
existence. It assumes that characteristic problems
in a business environment of a venture can be well
associated with characteristic problems in so called
alternative subject rooms. These rooms are thematic
clouds of evident problems and associated solutions
that have already been proven by nature (e.g.
physics, chemistry, biologiy, philosophy).
Retransforming these generic solutions to the room
of the specific business environment of the company
through the application of appropriate stencils can
result in strategy alternatives that shall differ
substantially from strategies usually applied in the
specific market environment. The book is exposing
the hermetic principles from 3 different
perspectives: In theory, through a case study and
through a business plan for a start-up venture that
is applying the hermetic principle as a strategy
consulter.
