The aim of this work, "The hidden curriculum in search of moral judgment competence: a case study", is to analyze the importance of adapting didactic content by including a discussion of the values of moral judgment competence in order to promote the inner growth of the student, in search of consolidating the spirit of co-citizenship. The correlation between the hidden curriculum and the competence of moral judgment, through the discussion of moral dilemmas, presents an alternative pedagogical intervention that culminates in the practice of reflection and the construction of the new man, which is very important for educators when they dedicate themselves to the study of how to transform theory and technique into a praxis that is socially committed. This work is divided into two parts: the first is based on a bibliography to cover the main concepts, and the second consists of a case study to get to know the phenomenon more closely. The aim of this work is to offer the school community a reflection on the hidden curriculum, highlighting the importance of moral dilemmas in the process of producing knowledge and the inner transformation of the student.
