Patrick Gloutney was born in Amherst Nova Scotia and moved to Ottawa Ontario in 2012. He is the recipient of awards ranging from community involvement to public speaking including the Osgoode Township High School Trustees' Award in 2014 and second place winner of the Canadian Authors Association Nation Capital Youth Writing Contest in 2013. When he's not writing he's attending school or running his company, Stonecroft Yard Work and Odd Jobs, playing music, helping organize school teams and events, or attending Cadet Training.
