Autorenporträt
Robert C. Nesbit came to the American History faculty of the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1962, where he was active in reviving Wisconsin history as a regular course offering. He is the author of the standard one-volume Wisconsin: A History (1973). A native of Washington, he returned to Olympia following his retirement in 1983.
