JoAnn Artis Stevens is an ordained Elder and Associate Minister of Best Chapel FWB Church. She has learned through her own life experiences the importance of the guidance, comfort and empowerment of the Holy Spirt and knowing Him from within. JoAnn lives in Snow Hill, NC; she is married, has three children, one son-in-law, two grandchildren, and of course, other loving and supportive family members and friends.
