Mark Roddy is a retired Air Force officer, whose 24-year active-duty career took him to assignments around the world, including a tour in Cairo, Egypt. Raised in Manchester, CT, where part of Angela's Letter takes place, he earned a bachelor of arts degree, with honors, in English literature from Saint Michael's College. He has previously published a number of articles in professional journals, as well as the novel The Third Day. Mark lives in Northern Virginia with his wife of 50 years, Dawn, who was not his high school sweetheart: they met in the Air Force…where, for Mark, it was love at first sight!
