Liu Haixi, a native of Haiyang, Shandong, is a distinguished writer and publisher renowned for his contributions to children's literature. A member of the China Writers Association and the Children's Literature Committee of the same organization, Liu formerly served as the Vice Chairman of the Shandong Provincial Writers Association. His extensive experience in children's book publishing and editing has earned him numerous accolades, including the Outstanding Individual Award at the inaugural China Publishing Government Award, recognition as one of the National Top 100 Publishing Workers, the title of Shandong Provincial Labor Model, and the prestigious State Council Special Allowance.
