Back in New York his autistic sister Trisha, who speaks to angels has summoned help. Messengers appear, in the form of burly bikers and try to guide and protect him. But there are two things they can't interfere with, his will to choose, or the evil that may come with his choices. Autorenporträt
Joseph A. Rispoli has written extensively for years; memoirs, journals, screenplays and novels were personal and never open to be published, until now. His debut novel The Hound of Heaven- 'No man can serve two masters' is the first book in a promising series of fiction. His busy long weeks as a chef in New York City changed when he was personally selected to be a live-in private chef for Brian Wilson of the Beach Boys. It was there, in Malibu, he found time to explore creative writing. Troubled by seeing dependency firsthand, he became determined to reach those who struggle with addictions, and believes the power of music and story can do so. He's the youngest of eight siblings raised in Rockland County, New York. His love for the culinary arts has opened doors to some of the finest kitchens in NY and LA, and to the addictions that can be acquired in them. He enjoys mentoring upcoming chefs with his culinary insights, positive outlook and personal stories. He encourages them to write their next chapters in life and to make each one better than the last. He resides in the tristate area of Manhattan with his lovely wife Laurie and enjoys the tempo of the city as well as the still sounds of the country and traveling. He cherishes time with his large extended family and enjoys making memories and meals with them often. Especially around the holidays.
