Mauricio Loza (born Bogotá, 1977) is a writer, designer and independent researcher working in the intersection of technology, religion and biopolitics. He has published a novel, Caviativá (Arango Editores, 2007) and an essay, Contra el transhumanismo (2018), in which he delves into the psychological and historical roots of transhumanism, a recent technological trend that has been gaining ground in recent decades.
