Alexander Albret is a debut fantasy author whose passion for world-building and storytelling has culminated in this first book of the Timeshome series, The Hourglass That Swallows You. He is a passionate reader and explorer of myth and legend, and draws inspiration from those ancient myths, diverse cultures, and the natural world to craft vivid, immersive worlds. When not writing, Alex (also known as Sol) is a filmmaker and musician, with three full-length albums with the band Brain Ape. He lives in London, UK with his wife, cat and dog.
