Hasan M. Shahinaj: Fatmir Terziu talent i lindur Kam patur rastin të mburrem me krijimet e tij që në vogëli. Ende i kam për fat të mirë fletoret e tij, ku ai si nxënës model dhe shembullor shkruante dhe krijonte ndjeshëm. Si ish mësues i tij i Gjuhës Shqipe dhe Leximit Letrar, kujtoj me respekt tërë ato krijime të ndjeshme e mjaft interesante të cilat më pas i kam dërguar dhe botuar me krenari tek revistat letrare "Pionieri" dhe "Horizonti", që botoheshin në Tiranë e ku kemi qenë të abonuar rregullisht. "Enkas për ilustrim të prirjeve letrare të ish-nxënësit tim në fjalë, po fiksojmë si faksimile një nga fletoret e tij me poezitë shkollore që ua redaktoja nxënësve, i ekspozoja në këndet e pasura të klasave e të sallonit të madh të shkollës". Thuhet në librin monografik të poetit dhe publicistit shqiptar, Hasan M. Shahinaj "Shkolla shqipe emërmadhe e Trebishtit: Monografi historiko - pedagogjike". Kjo monografi është botuar me rastin e 100 - Vjetorit të çeljes së shkollës së parë shqipe në Trebisht të Gollobordës së Dibrës (15 Prill 1914 - 15 Prill 2014).
