The collective monograph presents the work of professors of the Faculty of Business Technologies of GTU of recent years - Rusudan Kutateladze, Guguli Kurashvili, Medea Chelidze, Natalia Tchanturia and Bella Goderdzishvili. Thanks to Dean Rusudan Kutateladze, the faculty is focused on the development and implementation of human capital. The Faculty of Business Technologies was established at the Technical University of Georgia by Resolution No. 1987 of the Academic Council of GTU dated May 16, 2016 based on the decision of the Faculty of Business Engineering dated May 13, 2016 (as a result of the reorganization of the Faculty of Business Engineering). The Faculty of Business Technology combines educational programs of all three levels of study. The faculty management strives to make the work of teachers and administrative staff interesting and meaningful in every possible way. Therefore, their goal is to promote the development of the academic and administrative staff of the faculty. This is material published for the last 5 years related to human capital formation, growth and development in Georgia.

Tamari Beridze wurde in Tiflis, Georgien, geboren. Sie studierte an der Fakultät für Mechanik und Mathematik der TSU. Nach ihrem Abschluss an der TSU besuchte sie die Higher Management School der GTU. Sie ist Master of Business Administration, Kandidatin der technischen Wissenschaften und hat mehr als 100 wissenschaftliche Arbeiten veröffentlicht, darunter 6 Bücher und 6 Vorlesungen.
