Autorenporträt
Doug Soat is a Consulting Psychologist who works with businesses and other organizations. He does executive selection and executive coaching and has had over 43 years of experience in these areas in the U.S., the U.K., and Australia. He has done psychological evaluations of individuals with disabilities for the state of Wisconsin for the past 24 years. He received his B.A. in psychology from Cornell University in 1969. In 1974 he got his M.S. in clinical psychology and Ph.D. in educational psychology (with an emphasis in counseling). In 1981 he received his M.B.A. in management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Dr. Soat has been a licensed psychologist in the state of Wisconsin since 1980. He has been married for over 44 years to Lynn, and he has two sons, two daughters-in-law, and four granddaughters.
